How Long Homes Have Been Listed
The median number of days today’s listings have been on the market. Lower numbers mean newer inventory and homes that are moving; higher numbers can mean more room to negotiate. Pearland has the freshest listings and Dickinson the longest-listed.
Where the New Construction Is
The share of homes for sale that are new construction. Builders are most active in Manvel and League City, where many buyers can choose a brand-new home.
